Karkat x (Male) Reader Ch4 Part 1/2

The two of you were now at said friends house. It was pretty big, but not like a rich persons house. You walked right in and yelled through the house, knowing she was home.
"Tttthhhhoooorrrrraaaaaa!"

She quickly ran to the edge of the stairs and looked down at you. Her white dyed hair and black under layer hung lose around her shoulders. "Hey [name!]" She waved and hurried down the stairs.

You can hear the Troll backing up back out the door and you quickly grabbed his sleeve, not even thinking. That resulted in a sharp hiss from him and a thrashing of his arm. But you ignored it, still holding tight and not wanting him to leave.

"What are you doing here so fast? I thought you were.." She stared questioningly at the grey man, her purple eyes meeting his then yours. You hurried to explain before she said anything. You couldn't afford him freaking out right now. Not when that can possible ruin his chance of staying here. Its not that she would just suddenly turn him down, but still.

"Um..heh..I found him. In an alley. And, um...I was wondering if you could possibly..let him stay here..at lest for a little while?.." You waited for an answer. She looked closely at the man and thought. You were getting more and more worried as the silence continued.

"[Name], do you seriously expect me to just let a stranger stay in my home?" Thora crossed her arms.
"Yes?..." You lowered your head a bit.
"Well..you are right," She smirked and turned on her heel, going off to the kitchen. "He can take the last bedroom at the end of the hall."
You smiled in excitement. He can stay! She always trusted your judgement on most things.

Turning around and facing the Troll, you smiled with your teeth. "You can stay! Cmon! Let's go set up your room!"

You follow [name] up the stairs and onto another floor. He led you to the room at the very end of the hall and opened the door. There was a Human bed to the far right corner and a large window at its head that stretched halfway across the wall. A desk lay at the other side of the window. That's all that was there really.

[Name] walked further in and turned to you. A smile still on the man's face.
"So?.."
"SO?"
"Do you think its good for now?"

You sighed and walked around. It was ok, you guess. It could use some more stuff. Like a computer, dresser and whatnot.

"I GUESS SO"
